French Twist Salon

A small popular hair salon in San Diego with a wonderful catchy name.

Logo Solution:

A very clever name for a salon, one that conjured up this image in my head as soon as I saw it, so I approached the owner with the idea and created it for her that afternoon. This is a nice example of taking two unrelated word concepts –– French and hair –– and merging them together. I used photo copies of altered photographed images to build the bold and stylized Eiffel Tower.
