Originally built on the rubble of the historic 1925 earthquake, over the ensuing 90 years the property has been home to a bevy of industrial uses before being freshly re-envisioned by the Miramar Group as a community-centric destination for food, beer and wine and works and wares created by local artisans and skilled craftspeople.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eLogo Solution:\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eClose to the water’s edge in the Funk Zone, the name Waterline was chosen as both appropriate and memorable.
